| NOTES |
- Weekly price just include a discount on the daily price.
- Breakfast not included in the price for renting the “Zambra” apartment.
- There is no payment for a child up to 5 sharing the room with their parents. If there is more than one child the discount is not cumulable. children from 6 to 12 years old age pay half price.
- All rooms are cleaned daily; the Zambra apartament is cleaned weekly.
- Every rooms/apartaments are equipped with bedding and towels.
- Breakfast will be served from 8:30am to 10:30am.
- On the day of your arrival, you can check-in from 1:00pm until 7.30pm (if you will arrive after 7.30pm, please inform the B&B owners)
- When you check-out, please do so before 10.30 am.
- We can arrange car transfer to and from the airport G. Galilei or the Station in Pisa (see "Our Services").
- We have available to rent a spacious and beautiful kitchen. It is fully equipped. Should you wish to use the kitchen please book it in advance with the proprietors before your arrival. Rent for the kitchen will vary depending on the size of the group.
- Every rooms/apartments are covered of network Wi-Fi service for simply internet accessibility.
- Strictly no smoking inside the building of the B&B.
- Strictly no smoking in the garden from June 1 to September 30 due to the risk of fires.
